Enkanyezi Sanitation

Project End Date: February 2012

ZIYANDA Consulting cc was appointed to provide consulting services to address the backlog in the provision of sanitation services to various rural households in the Enkanyezini area, to alleviate health risks and to provide the community with a safe environment in terms of health and hygiene. The project involved the provision of 3,929 VIP toilets to Wards 10 and 12.

Beneficiaries: The total population of the area is approximately 26 500
