Area North Utility Mapping & Condition Assessment

The original ToR required the consultant to undertake the following:

• Capacity and condition assessment of 35km of pipelines in the town of Harding.
• Preparation of a GIS based utility map of the “Harding” with proper attribute data such as pipe age, pipe diameter, pipe material etc.
• Hydraulic Modelling of the system.
• Condition and capacity rating of each pipeline in the system.
• Pipeline/Infrastructure replacement plan, in appropriate phases, for the Harding System together with cost estimates for each phase.
• Replacement in phases of infrastructure.
