ZIYANDA Consulting welcomes new shareholders
ZIYANDA Consulting has recently negotiated a sale of shareholding to two new shareholders, Mr A M Mchunu and Mr N E Malishe. Both Mr A M Mchunu and Mr N E Malishe enjoy a long standing association with ZIYANDA Consulting.
The shareholding has been negotiated to enhance the sustainability of the firm, by ensuring that a “succession model” is incorporated in all levels of structures of ZIYANDA Consulting and at the same time, ENSURE the model recognizes the need for complying with the principles of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment. Further shareholding negotiations are in progress and updates will be shared on the ZIYANDA Consulting website.
