ZIYANDA launches its Quality Management System for ISO Accreditation

To further this proposition, ZIYANDA Consulting, has partnered with various stakeholders (that include Clients, subconsultants, staff, shareholders, contractors, communities and other stakeholders) to develop and deliver many exciting projects. To further foster sustainable relationships, ZIYANDA Consulting, recognizes that a “quality” service is in the core of these sustainable relationships.

Thus, ZIYANDA Consulting, has documented its internal quality system to comply with ISO requirements. The system (compliant with ISO) was launched on 01 December 2014 and it is anticipated ISO accreditation will be achieved by February/March 2015, when the firm is subjected to both its internal and external audits.

Stanley Mgutshini from ZIYANDA Consulting has been championing this exciting project. On the Quality Management System, Stanley Mgutshini, remarks, “ZIYANDA Consulting has always operated within the framework of a quality management system. The documentation of the system and management in accordance with the ISO requirements, will indeed consolidate ZIYANDA Consulting’s commitment to quality and hopefully, boost the confidence of our stakeholders (which includes all our clients and partners) in ZIYANDA.”
