Recently the Ugu District Municipality (through sustainable relationships with ZIYANDA as the principal consultant) has implemented the following infrastructure projects:
- Construction of a 600mm diameter steel pipeline from Bhobhoyi Water Treatment Works to Uvongo. The pipeline has been completed and will be commissioned soon, in/around March 2017
- Construction of a pumpstation and 450mm pumpimg main from the southern mains (in the vicinity of the Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre) to the Gamalakhe Township Reservoirs. This infrastructure is due for commissioning in/around March 2017.
After a number of surpassable challenges, thanks to stakeholders’experience and lessons, ZIYANDA Consulting is excited to look forward to the commissioning of the above infrastructure.
