ZIYANDA Consulting cc successfully completed and commissioned the Gamalakhe Water Scheme – Security of Supply project implemented on behalf of Ugu District Municipality in February 2008 to guarantee the secure supply of portable water to Gamalakhe Township and surrounding areas. ZIYANDA had been appointed by Ugu District Municipality to provide the following services.

The Gamalakhe Water Supply Scheme – Security of Supply project was implemented through four (4) contracts as follows:

UGU-07-1260-2012 | Construction of 450mm Diameter x 6.5km Steel Pipeline from Ugu Sports Complex to Gamalakhe Reservoir |
Beneficiaries: Approximately 42,368 people had benefited directly on completion of the project.
