With a combined experience of over 150 years, ZIYANDA’s motto in recruitment in an industry that has serious skills shortage has been to recognise potential and balance with this experience.

The team therefore comprises young engineers and technicians that are mentored by a mix of highly experienced personnel working within and without ZIYANDA Consulting.

Because of the size of the team, young professionals are exposed to responsible positions at an early age of their career. They are then supported through the experience of “whole life-cycle engineering”.
